Cold Rock Management Pty Ltd complies with the National Privacy Principles of the Privacy Act 1998. We take Privacy seriously and any information that is collected about our customers, franchisees and employees is gathered with respect and managed responsibly.

Customers

Cold Rock Management Pty Ltd conducts regular product promotions, online surveys and loyalty promotions. By participating in these activities customers are sometimes asked to provide standard information including their name, address, phone numbers and email address. This information may then be used for direct marketing proposes and it also provides Cold Rock the opportunity to continue to provide outstanding goods and services.

Employees

All employment applications received by Cold Rock Management Pty Ltd and its Franchisees are only used for the express purpose of indicating the suitability for positions available. All employment applications are kept on file for up to 3 months and then destroyed. If an application is successful personal details are considered employee records. The company will only ever disclose this information when required by law to authorized government agencies or as specifically directed by the employee.

Franchisees

Cold Rock Management Pty Ltd is required to collect personal and sensitive information as part of the application and discovery process of becoming a Cold Rock Franchisee. Written consent is requested from all applicants for Cold Rock Management Pty Ltd to verify the accuracy of the information. This will be the only time that the company may disclose information to any third party. Applicants do not have to provide such information but it may hinder the application process. If the application is successful all personal information is part of ongoing franchisee records. If the application is unsuccessful all information provided to Cold Rock Management Pty Ltd will be returned or destroyed.

Cold Rock Management takes all reasonable precautions to ensure all information provided is kept confidential. All personal information will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent in accordance with the Privacy Act 1998.
