Cold Rock Airlie Beach is Grant and Michelle Spivey’s first franchise.They opened their doors on the 22nd November 2004. Airlie Beach was the 47th store that opened here in Australia.

Our Cold Rock ice cream cakes are a totally unique concept in desserts. With over 3,000 different combinations available, you have endless possibilities to explore. You have the ability to choose whatever ice cream flavour you like, and up to 3 different flavours can be layered horizontally or vertically.

We are able to personalise your cake with your own favourite photo, or you can choose one of our images in store.
